LoCloud D6.2: Interim Dissemination Report

This deliverable provides an account of all dissemination activities carried out by LoCloud during months 1 to 24 of the project. LoCloud supports small and medium-sized institutions in making their content and metadata available within Europeana, by exploring the potential of cloud computing technologies. To achieve this, the project has developed a cloud-based technology infrastructure to enable the aggregation of local cultural content. It is also developing a number of micro-services to help reduce technical, semantic and skills barriers, and to render the content more discoverable and interoperable. A dissemination strategy was set out at the inception of the project in the Dissemination Plan (D6.1). It aimed to raise awareness about the LoCloud project and its activities.
