LoCloud D1.4: Consolidated Action Plans

This Deliverable is a result of the 'Action Planning' activity in the LoCloud workplan. in March 2013  LoCloud partners were asked to complete an initial draft plan about how the work of LoCloud is to be accomplished in each country, what their role will be in testing tools and services and to assess the challenges to be faced. Following review and discussions during three project content provider workshops (held in M5 and 6), partners were then asked to complete a revised plan. This document is a consolidated summary of those reports.
