    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;In this work, Cas9 stocks for CRISPR experiments that carried an isogenic chromosome on either X, 2 or 3 derived from &lt;em&gt;y w&lt;/em&gt; and were either &lt;em&gt;y&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt; M{nos-Cas9.P}ZH-2A w* &lt;/em&gt;(from Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center) or &lt;em&gt;y&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt; (iso X) w&lt;sup&gt;*&lt;/sup&gt;; +/+; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;attP2(y+){nos-Cas9(y+)}&lt;/em&gt; (Ren et al., 2013) in which the &lt;em&gt;y&lt;/em&gt;+ marker was mutagenized by injecting sgRNA expression plasmids (pCFD3-y1 and pCFD3-y2) against the &lt;em&gt;yellow&lt;/em&gt; coding sequence.&amp;nbsp; These are the sequence files (.bam) and indexes (.bai) for the isogenic chromosomes (X, 2, 3) which were sequenced using whole genome sequencing (Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine).&lt;/p&gt;
