Description

The project titled ‘Development and validation of innovative diagnostic tools for the detection of fire blight (Erwinia amylovora)’ (ERWINDECT) aimed at developing new diagnostic tools for Erwinia amylovora. In particular the objectives of the project were:

-Development of methods to source-track E. amylovora considering sampling protocols and molecular identification to the strain level

-Test performance study to validate new test methods for application in diagnostic laboratories and on-site
