A spline manipulation software package for numerical and geometrical purposes

Description

Splines are not only used for geometry representation; they are also used for Isogeometric Analysis. These two application areas are combined by this software package. SplineLib differs a lot from other libraries: It can handle splines of any order or dimension. This freedom is reached by consequently using C++-17's template functionality. However, not only the freedom of dimension and order makes SplineLib an appropriate tool for a lot of applications. Other functionalities are the following:

  • IGES input and output
  • NURBS and B-splines
  • Evaluation of splines and spline derivatives
  • Projection
  • Integration and evaluation on elements
