Supporting data for 'Multi-Tracer Guided PET Image Reconstruction'

This dataset contains the data used to produce the paper: 'Multi-Tracer Guided PET Image Reconstruction' by Ellis et al, IEEE Transactions on Radiation and Plasma Medical Sciences (2018) DOI: https://doi.org/10.1109/TRPMS.2018.2856581. Please see the article for a full description of methodology used to obtain this data. 

The dataset comprises a number of MATLAB data files (.mat) and MATLAB scripts (.m), corresponding to each figure in the article. Running the .m script in MATLAB for each figure will reproduce that figure approximately as it appears in the article. Furthermore, comments at the start of the .m scripts describe the contents of the .mat data files in order to allow independent exploration of the data. The functions petdisplay.m, pettitle.m, and plotSparseMarker.m are included to allow easier visualisation of the data. Note that there are no files corresponding to figure 2, since this figure is merely a schematic of the proposed method.
