The patent relates to the field of lifting and transport engineering, namely, to devices for detachable joints of elements of metal structures of hoisting machines, in particular, to devices for detachable connections of adjacent sections of articulated hoisting boom crane-manipulator installations.
The device for connecting the sections of the lifting boom of the crane and manipulator installation is formed by two pairs of eyelets, each of which is fixed on the end of the metal structure of one of the connecting adjacent sections of the boom, made of thick-walled sheet metal and has coaxial holes for mounting a hinge pin to create a cylindrical hinge. It differs in that the hinge pin is made elongated due to the performance of a cylindrical shank of the hinge pin, on which a metal ring is mounted, which has the ability to freely slide relative to the surface of the shank, and to the outer surface of this ring along its perimeter, one end is attached radially located relative to the longitudinal axis of the hinge pin of the tension-compression spring of equal length, the second end of which has a fixed attachment to one of the adjacent sections of the lifting boom of the crane-manipulator installation. As a variant, the hinge pin is made elongated on both sides due to the execution of two symmetrically arranged cylindrical shanks of the hinge pin.
