The present deliverable aims to summarise the project’s advancements achieved during the first year of its execution. Its target audience comprises representatives of external interested research communities as well as the general public. As a consequence, the AGINFRA+ Annual Public Report does not scrutinize on the technical and implementation details of the infrastructure or the research and scientific particularities faced by each of the communities involved in the project. Rather, the report aims to
concisely communicate the AGINFRA+ vision and ambition, and succinctly discuss on the technical choices and the rationale behind them. The document establishes the main objectives of AGINFRA+ and summarizes the core requirements of the three research communities represented in the project. Based on these two axes, the technical advancements achieved during the reporting period are contextualised and discussed at a high level. Finally, the report concludes with the presentation of the foreseen next steps and the progress to be achieved during the upcoming second year of AGINFRA+ project.
