Predicting marsh vulnerability to sea- level rise using Holocene relative sea-level data: Project UK Sea Level and Probability of Marsh Retreat

  • 1. Rutgers University

Description

This code supplements Horton et al. (2018), Predicting marsh vulnerability to sea-level rise using Holocene relative sea-level data, Nature Communicationsdoi:10.1038/s41467-018-05080-0.

This code uses the LocalizeSL package to produce futue relative sea-level PDFs for Great Britain consistent with Kopp et al. (2014). It then convolves these PDFs with the PDF of marsh retreat conditional on rate of RSL rise developed in Horton et al. (2018) to estimate future probabilities of marsh retreat.
