FIGURE 1 in When the unknown lives next door: a study of central Amazonian anurofauna

FIGURE 1. Bayesian phylogeny of lineages delimited using mPTP. Phylogeny is based on 584 pb of the 16S rRNA gene and the TN+G+I model of molecular evolution. Central Amazonian samples are shown in bold and lineages restricted to the central Amazon are highlighted by a shade background. Triangles on tips of the phylogeny are collapsed haplotypes. Osteocephalus oophagus and O. taurinus (black triangle) were not delimited as distinct species.
