    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;The dataset consists of annotations of 113 tracks selected from &amp;ldquo;The Smithsonian Collection of Classic Jazz&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;Jazz: The Smithsonian Anthology,&amp;rdquo; covering a range of performers, subgenres, and historical periods.
