However, such is not always the case as some patients have demonstrated poor coping skills. The present study aimed to construct a test instrument to assess the stage of acceptance and denial among patients with chronic kidney disease to identify the degree of denial among patients as a basis for intervention. A total of 116 participants took part in the study.
