Frame prosthetic bile duct of biocompatible absorbable polymers in the form of a tube comprising three layers: an inner, 0.2-0.4 mm thick, made of polycaprolactone 0.5-10.0 micron diameter fibers, 64-95% porosity, the middle layer, thickness 0.1-0.3 mm, made of polycaprolactone film, an outer layer of 0.2-0.4 mm thick made of poly DL-glycolide lactide fibers with fiber diameters 0,6-14,0 micron, a porosity of 72-95% The use of utility model provides a framework for the settlement function of cells while retaining the strength characteristics of native bile duct.
