MATLAB code for the detection of significant ties in temporal networks

  • 1. Kobe University

Description

This code allows you to identify significant ties (or backbones) in temporal networks at any level of statistical significance. If you have time-stamped data of interactions between nodes, all you need to do is:

1. Create a sequence of snapshots of networks (binary adjacency matrices) and store them in a cell array.

2. Provide a vector of significance levels.
