    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;This project provides fortran scripts to apply, with&amp;nbsp;ASReml, structured antedependence models (SAD) for single trait analysis, multiple-trait analysis or single trait analysis with correlated random effects.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It contains:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- 3 fortran programs: 1) sadmultiuni.f90 to run SAD models with versions 1 to 3 of ASReml 2)&amp;nbsp;sadmultiuni4.f90 to run SAD models in ASReml4 3) matrixSAD.f90 to calculate variance-covariance matrix using SAD parameters.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- 1 tutorial (sadmultiuni_tutorial.pdf)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- 2 sets of examples&amp;nbsp;(ex1.as, ex2.as and their data, pedigree and parameters files)&lt;/p&gt;
