draeger-lab/SBML-ME: SBMLme converter

The standalone executable converter was updated to be compatible with the latest pre-release of COBRAme (version 0.0.8). The jar file should be executed by the command line. The conversion from a COBRAme JSON to SBMLme requires the file path of the JSON file as input, the name of the model and a path for the output files. The conversion from SBMLme to COBRAme JSON requires the path of the SBML file as input, the path of the SBOL file, a path for the output file and the direction flag set. For further Information check the documentation of the SBMLme.converter package or the command line output given when the jar is executed without all required arguments.
