Generalized Linear Latent Variable Models (GLLVM) is a complex statistical model with latent variables often considered to multivariate responses. The objectve of this research is to implement GLLVMs on multivariate count outcomes using fast-automatic Laplace approximation from TMB package. The TMB package contains high-performance libraries specially designed for models with random effects with fast computation.
