We first analyse consumers’ perception towards the traditional concept in pork products. Results showed high preference heterogeneity amongst countries. After the eating experience, the expected preferences were affected significantly in particular in Italy and Slovenia. The likelihood to purchase the innovative pork products increased as well.</dc:description> <dc:identifier>https://zenodo.org/record/1136170</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>10.5281/zenodo.1136170</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>oai:zenodo.org:1136170</dc:identifier> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/634476/</dc:relation> <dc:relation>doi:10.5281/zenodo.1136169</dc:relation> <dc:relation>url:https://zenodo.org/communities/h2020_treasure</dc:relation> <dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights> <dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode</dc:rights> <dc:source>Agriculturae Conspectus Scientificus 82(2) 137-141</dc:source> <dc:subject>consumers' preference</dc:subject> <dc:subject>consumers' acceptance</dc:subject> <dc:subject>pork products</dc:subject> <dc:title>Measuring Consumers' Preferences for Traditional and Innovative Pork Products</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/conferencePaper</dc:type> <dc:type>publication-conferencepaper</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
