    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESCRIPTION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;DBR dataset is an environmental audio dataset created for the Bachelor&amp;#39;s Seminar in Signal Processing in Tampere University of Technology. The samples in the dataset were collected from the online audio database Freesound. The dataset consists of three classes, each containing 50 samples, and the classes are &amp;#39;dog&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;bird&amp;#39;, and &amp;#39;rain&amp;#39; (hence the name DBR). The samples are original wav files divided into three folders, one for each class, and for each sample a metadata yaml file and an annotation text file is provided. Samples and their matching metadata and annotation files are named by the samples&amp;#39; Freesound ids. The metadata collected from Freesound includes the following fields:&amp;nbsp;&amp;#39;description&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;duration&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;id&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;license&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;name&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;samplerate&amp;#39;, and &amp;#39;username&amp;#39;. Annotation files contain&amp;nbsp;the starting and ending timepoints for&amp;nbsp;5-second target sound segments, and the corresponding class labels.&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
