&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This intersex, averaged template brain&amp;nbsp;is an average of 16 co-registered, nc82-stained brains. The initial seed brain was female; 13 additional female and 2 male brains were registered to this seed and then all 16 were averaged. The reference includes the dorsal posterior quarter of the left brain hemisphere, a volume of approximately 168 &amp;times; 168 &amp;times; 87 microns cubed.&lt;/p&gt;</subfield>
