It was then upsampled in Z to give isotropic voxels. When received from Janelia Farm the image had no spatial calibration and was in tif format. The image was opened in Fiji/ImageJ and the&nbsp;voxel size set to 0.622088 microns&nbsp;&times; 0.622088 microns&nbsp;&times; 0.622088 microns, based on a personal communication from Arnim Jenett and inspection of the image data associated with&nbsp; that is available at The image was then saved in gzip encoded&nbsp;nrrd format using the ImageJ&nbsp;Nrrd_Writer plugin.</p>",
