The Knowledge is so important because a professional lecturer must be able to understand the problems themselves and their learning environment through classroom action research activities. Various issues in classroom action research, including: planning, process, use of methods, media, resources and learning evaluations and other relevant issues. The final result of classroom action research is the achievement of learning objectives as well as the achievements of the learners. The subfocus of this article is to discuss about understanding classroom action research, initiating action research for learning improvement, literature review, planning and performing actions and how to make classroom action research proposals and reporting.</p>",
