    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;We demonstrate channel selection and power leveling based on an off-the-shelf liquid crystal display, addressing datacenter cost targets. An extinction ratio &amp;gt;10 dB is reported for a 16 nm spectral region. Evaluation in a 4×1 switch configuration confirms colorless channel blocking in presence of side-channels.&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
