A guide to selecting high-performing antibodies for Synaptotagmin-1 (Uniprot ID P21579) for use in western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry

This article presents characterization data that can be utilized as a guide to select high-performing antibodies for Synaptotagmin-1, encoded by the SYT1 gene. Thirteen antibodies were evaluated in western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry experiments using a standardized protocol that compares readouts in isogenic parental controls and knockout cell lines.
