The UHasselt Zenodo Community is managed and curated by the UHasselt Data Stewards.
UHasselt supports FAIR and open research data.

Research data deposition guidelines

  1. Only current or former UHasselt researchers can submit their research data to the UHasselt Zenodo Community
  2. Only research output created at UHasselt will be included in the UHasselt Zenodo Community
  3. the UHasselt Zenodo Community data curators will check whether:
    • The data is submitted by a current or former UHasselt researcher
    • The work was created at UHasselt
    • Qualitiative metadata is provided (i.e. following (discipline-specific) best practices and the FAIR principles)
    • UHasselt researchers have provided their ORCID
  4. UHasselt research publications should be submitted to the UHasselt Doc Server
  5. Deposited UHasselt datasets should also be registered in the UHasselt Metadata Repository after finalizing the deposit in Zenodo (or elsewhere)

Responsibilities of UHasselt researchers

UHasselt researchers are solely responsible for the content and quality of the work submitted to the UHasselt Zenodo Community. They are expected to abide to the UHasselt RDM Policy plan, funders' policies and legal/ethical regulations. Datasets should be accompanied by metadata, access levels and licences.
