The SPQR Assemblies of Minds Research Collective curates research focused on operational systems for sovereign AI governance, cryptographic enforcement of ethics, zero-trust architectures, and immutable proof-of-compliance frameworks.

All submissions must meet the following criteria:
- Written in English
- Include author name, affiliation, and ORCID if available
- Present either original research, system architecture, legal-technical frameworks, or proofs-of-concept
- Include a declaration of intellectual property ownership or licensing terms if applicable

We accept:
- Preprints
- Architecture whitepapers
- Governance protocols
- Trust frameworks
- Supplementary datasets and demonstration materials

Papers and materials should reflect a commitment to ethical deployment, transparent accountability, and the technical realization of constitutional principles in artificial intelligence.

Curation decisions are made by the founding editorial team of SPQR Technologies Inc.
