Upon submission of a record, community maintainers review the record's metadata to confirm that the record corresponds to an accepted poster/talk.

The submitter of a given presentation record is exclusively responsible for the following prior to uploading the record.

• Obtaining permission from all presentation authors to upload the record's files and metadata to this public repository
• Ensuring that none of the record's files or metadata contain or link to protected information or malware
