Operational Polar Remote Sensing and GIS

The organisations involved in operational ice charting, as represented by the International Ice Charting Working Group (IICWG), develop a wide range of software for handing data input (typically satellite data) and generating maps of sea ice via Geographical Information System (GIS).  This community is for archiving and making available software that has been developed, both to new organisations involved in ice charting and for general scientific and other interested users.
