OpenPlantNLR: a research community on plant NLR immune receptors

NLRs (nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat) proteins are intracellular immune receptors that constitute the main class of disease resistance (R) genes in plants. The OpenPlantNLR community collects research outputs on plant NLR biology. Scientists are encouraged to upload any outcomes of their work to this collection to facilitate sharing and discovery of information. Only Open Access material is accepted. All types of research outputs can be uploaded, including Publication, Poster, Presentation, Dataset, Image, Video/Audio, Software etc.
