MESROB 2021

The seventh edition of the International Workshop on New Trends in Medical and Service Robots (MESROB 2021), 07. – 9. June 2021 was an established conference of the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM). MESROB 2021 provided exclusive insights in research on the MIRACLE project (Minimal Invasive Robot-Assisted Computer-guided LaserosteotoME) at the University of Basel. Also, participants were able to experience the spirit of the CYBATHLON, a competition and platform to drive forward research and development of assistance systems for everyday use. MESROB 2021 also hosted a special session on “Standards and best practices in medical robotics” organized by IISART (the International Industry Society in Advanced Rehabilitation Technology).
