Kiev Association of Practicing Psychologists and Psychotherapists (KAPPP) is a non-government organization. The KAPPP was founded in 1996 in Kiev. The members of KAPPP are specialists in practical psychology and psychotherapy. The key mission of KAPPP is to develop the psychological community that is able to provide psychological assistance to the individuals and organizations in Ukraine. KAPPP realizes its goals through projects standards-driven to the modern national and international criteria. Currently, the association has strong competent psychological and methodical resources for settling such issues as:
- to organize human resource management;
- to improve communication skills;
- to acquire decision making techniques;
- to develop effective team player skills;
- to make social and psychological support for political process;
- to be a neutral third-party who guides the parties through the problem solving process - mediation;
- to conduct a business and executive coaching;
- to create and introduce educational psychological technology for the teenagers and young people;
- to give psychotherapeutic help.
KAPPP activities are up to quality to criteria of Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct.
