GWASArchive

This community collects Zenodo resources related to the GWASArchive project (https://gwasarchive.org) - an online platform for storing, searching and visualizating genome-wide association studies.

GWASArchive service facilitates standard annotation, documentation, quality control, accessibility and durability of GWAS results (“the data”). GWASarchive is managed by PolyKnomics BV. The company helps with data curation and provides a graphical web-front for the exploration of the data at https://gwasarchive.org; it can also submit the data on your behalf to Zenodo’s GWASarchive community, thus ensuring continuity and receiving a data DOI.

If you are interested in using GWASArchive service, please visit https://gwasarchive.org and/or request quotation by sending an email to gwasarchive@polyknomics.com, describing briefly the nature of your data (e.g. how many GWAS/traits, SNPs etc).
