The structure of an empirical article should include:
- Article Title: Maximum 12 words, attractive, using Times New Roman, size 14.
- Author Name: Format: 1Name, 2Name, and so on, using Times New Roman, size 12.
- Affiliation: Format: Department, Faculty, University, Region, Country, using Times New Roman, size 11.
- Abstract:
- Objective: Briefly state the research objective.
- Method: Mention the research method used.
- Findings: Summarize the main findings of the research.
- Novelty: Explain the novelty or contribution of the research.
- Practical and Theoretical Implications: Mention the practical and theoretical implications of the research.
- Maximum 200 words, using Times New Roman, size 10.

- Introduction: (Subheading 12 TNR) and Content (11 TNR)
- Introduction must include 5 paragraphs:
- Phenomenon (11 TNR)
- Recent Issues (11 TNR)
- Main Theory Idea (11 TNR)
- Urgency: Reasons for the novelty, previous research, differences, and previous gaps that make your research important. (11 TNR)
- Research objectives and benefits: Describe the research objectives according to your variables and social benefits without mentioning the object of research, for example; IDX or location and year.
- Maximum 1 page, not exceeding 1500 words (format TNR 11).
- Introduction must include 5 paragraphs:
- Critical Review/Theory Hypothesis: (Subheading 12 TNR)
- No need for further subheadings, directly discuss the hypothesis of each variable in TNR 11 format. The initial writing is indented, with subsequent lines indented by 0.5.
- After discussing previous hypotheses and theories, state all your hypotheses:
- H1: Your hypothesis
- H2: Your hypothesis
- Research Method: (Subheading 12 TNR)
- First, discuss your sample results (TNR 11)
- Discuss the instrument variable formula (TNR 11)
- Discuss the step-by-step data analysis method you used (TNR 11)
- Results and Discussion: (Subheading 12 TNR)
- Discuss your results here, but do not include tables; instead, summarize the table results in paragraphs without subheadings (TNR 11), with the initial discussion indented.
- Discussion: In this section, all references must support your research (Note: Use Mendeley Desktop, not Mendeley Manager).
- Conclusion: Summarize in one paragraph, maximum 200 words.
- Tables and Figures: There is no vertical line for the table. The table is placed in the center. The source of the table is placed below the center alignment.
- References: Use Mendeley Reference with APA Style 7.

Plagiarism: After completing the manuscript, check for plagiarism; the acceptable limit is 12% as a good ethical practice. Attach the plagiarism report when submitting, and prepare a cover letter with your personal information. The cover letter template can be downloaded from the journal's website.
Each submitted article will be blind-reviewed by at least two reviewers. When necessary, the editors will correct the spelling and grammar of the article without changing its substantial meaning. Manuscripts are submitted directly to the OJS AEI web Journal.
Articles should be in MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11, Times New Roman. The minimum number of pages for qualitative and mixed methods articles is 12 pages, and for quantitative articles, 12 pages (FULL PAGE). Authors should use a reference application (Mendeley).
After the article meets the structural standards, the management team will conduct a plagiarism test using a reference application (Turnitin/Plagscan). Authors are prohibited from conducting plagiarism testing without the knowledge of the management team. The maximum plagiarism limit is 12%. Authors will be asked to revise the article if the article does not meet the maximum plagiarism limit.
