RPGroup-PBoC/chann_cap: Correction to numerical calculations and enhancement of repo structure

This release represents a lot of effort fixing all details from our previous version. In here all numerical calculations were revisited and fixed when necessary. The entire structure of the repository now follows the reproducible research standard that @gchure proposed.
