NOTE: GP_emu_UQSA is now being developed as maGPy at https://github.com/samcoveney/maGPy

This release of GP_emu_UQSA supports:

  • fitting a Gaussian kernel with nugget
  • uncertainty quantification and sensitivity analysis for the case of a linear mean function
