Description
This is the first public release of ClearMap 2 as described in Kirst et al. Cell 2020.
ClearMap is a toolbox for the analysis and registration of volumetric data from cleared tissues.
ClearMap comes with a full documentation and a large range of high performance processing and visualization tools including:
