simulkade/PhreeqcMatlab: Preliminary release of PhreeqcMatlab

This is a beta release of the Matlab wrapper for the PhreeqcRM and IPhreeqc 3.7.1. The software is in beta is the sense that some the classes are not ready for production and will change in the future. The main classes of the PhreeqcRM and IPhreeqc wrappers are stable and can be used in production. All the required binaries are automatically downloaded when starting up the package for the first time. If you are not comfortable with it, feel free to compile your own libraries.
