Description
Updated Norwegian plants using new data from NVE (https://nve.no).
The id field for the Norwegian plant has changed: now I am using the specific field from NVE dataset (vannkraftverkNr). This change is needed because the new NVE data has some duplicates that was very difficult to solve keeping the same identifier. This solution should be long-term and consistent with the rest of the data provided by NVE.
