levisc8/Invader_Demography: PRSB Release

This release contains some alterations made for a separate paper, Levin et al. (2020) "Phylogenetic and functional distinctiveness explain alien plant population responses to competition" Proceedings of the Royal Society B 287.

This paper is now in press, and so this release is meant to track that one. There haven't been any major modifications, except to fix a typo in the code for the Lonicera maackii IPM.
