This release contains all scripts relating the pending publication "Elevated polygenic burden for autism is associated with differential DNA methylation at birth". This reports analyses on EWAS of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ASD genetic risk, in addition to co-localisation analysis of GWAS results for DNA methylation and ASD.
