eartharxiv/API: Center for Open Science Preprint Querying Code

The Center for Open Science (COS) hosts a collection of preprint systems spanning multiple domains. This code leverages COS's Open Science Framework API to query for and download preprints. This software was developed by members of EarthArXiv, the Earth science preprint server; however, the software is not specific to that preprint system. The preprint system that is queried is a configurable parameter in the code.
