Experimenal raw data text files (.dat) as recorded by the data logger.
CSV kind format, (tabulator separator, one measure per row, items in columns, 5 first rows as header)
Decimal separator: "."
Fist column: Time (seconds)
Second column: displacement of the shaker actuator (mm), this is the instant amplitude of the vibration
Third column: shaker actuator force (not useful for us, but recorded for sanity checks)
Fourth column: Data logger Input 1. In this case the voltage output of our GMI displacemente sensor prototype.
Fifth column: Data logger Input 2. In this case the voltage output of the coil of our harvester prototype.

Data file name convention:
Frequency(Hz) O-peakVibrationAmplitude(mm) .dat for open circuit tests
Frequency(Hz) O-peakVibrationAmplitude(mm) RloadInitial-RloadFinal(ohm) .dat for tests with a range of Rloads in the same file (to check which load resistances where actually used in each test, read the test notes)
Frequency(Hz) O-peakVibrationAmplitude(mm) Rload(ohm) .dat for tests with a single Rload value

Subfolders:
"curves" contains tabular data required to plot curves based on our analysis of the raw data. Analysis involves some editing such as removing initial or final timelapses (the raw .dat files here are versions before these edits). Vcoil, Vgmi are curves for open circuit tests, Power curves sum up load tests.

Notes:
Original files contained information for multiple Rloads. The time interval for each separated Rload has been identified and cropped to a single file for each Rload (so these files have been processed). There are the files required for the analysis under load.
Rload is the value displayed by the digital potentiometer, however the actual resistance was measured to be 3 ohms higher (accounting for the display error and terminals resistance). Voltage measurement was taken between points that would include the resistor and terminals, hence, in the analysis curves a column with the actual corrected load has been added.
Ambient temperature varied between 22.2 and 24.4 degrees Celsius
Some GMI tests were not recorded by the datalogger, altough some data was registered manually, that manual data is clearly marked in the Vgmi curves files.
