The data results from the output of numerical simulations
of Lindblad quantum master equations based on exact diagonalization and
quantum typicality techniques, including the stochastic unraveling
of the Lindblad equation into quantum trajectories. The applied methods are
described in more detail in the publication, where we also provide helpful
references. The code to generate the data is available from the authors upon
reasonable request.

The data was generated by Tjark Heitmann and Robin Steinigeweg

The figures Fig1 - Fig8 can be found in the folder /figures. There, we also
provide plot scripts Fig*.gp which can be used to recreate the graphics.
Assuming that gnuplot and latex are installed, the plot script can be executed
using "./gpscript.sh Fig2" in a command line, where we here used the plot
script for Figure 2 as an example. Note that the command does not include the
ending ".gp".

The plotscripts *.gp also reveal which datafiles are used for each figure. The
raw data can be found in the folder /results/plotdata/

Data is provided in plain text (.dat) format, with
data being ordered in multiple columns. For example, often the first
column indicates the time t, while the second column contains the value of the
studied observable at time t.
