This repository contains the results showed in "Variations in subsidence patterns in the Gulf of Mexico passive margin from Airborne-LiDAR data and Time Series InSAR: Baton Rouge Case Study.".

Authors: Hurtado-Pulido C., Amer, R., Ebinger, C., Holcomb, H.,

Specification about units of each dataset.

ICP - LiDAR data (shapefile):
Same fields for ICPground_BatonRouge_1999-2018 and ICPstable_BatonRouge_1999-2018
- EastDisp, NorthDisp, and UpDisp: Displacement calculated with ICP. All in meters.
- EastMOE, NorthMOE, UpMOE: Error as margin of error of the mean of EastDisp, NorthDisp, and UpDisp. All in meters.
- EastNoGPS, NorthNoGPS, UpNoGPS: Displacement calculated with ICP corrected with GNSS station. All in meters.
- HorNoGPS: Horizontal displacement calculated using NorthNoGPS and EastNoGPS.
- AngNoGPS: Angle of displacement calculated using the results from EastNoGPS and NorthNoGPS. In degrees. Assumes that the east direction is 0°.

Vertical difference
Specifications for the file VerticaDifferencing_BatonRouge_1999-2018.tiff
- Pixels have the value in meters of the difference between DEMs created with LiDAR data.

InSAR time series (shapefile):
Same specifications for Sentinel_BatonRouge_2017-2020 and Envisat_BatonRouge_2004-2010
-velocity, Coherence, MuSigma, Hprecision, Vprecision, Range, Azimuth, Lon, Lat, xpos, ypos, zpos, Z, ALOS, ILOS, Hcorrection, Tot_D_mm_, D_date: Field created by SARscape when runing PSI. For specific definitions please visit the manual (https://www.sarmap.ch/tutorials/PS_v562.pdf)
-Vel_NoGPS: velocity corrected using GNSS data
-Reference point coordinate for EnviSAT dataset: X=688792, Y=3364037 (EPSG:6344)
-Reference point coordinate for Sentinel dataset: X=686720, Y=3364064 (EPSG:6344)

The datasets are refered to the GNSS continous station 1LSU, except the Envisat dataset which uses as reference the SJB1 station (Blewitt et al., 2018).
