Data and codes for each of the four districts are within directory \XX

XX_model_input.xlsx: xls worksheet which includes TB notification rates, and population sizes for each of the VDC, model parameters, and calibration formula implemented
Three scenarios are modeled: parameters in low transmission scenario is included in tab params_low, medium transmission in params_medium (also the baseline), and high transmission in params_high.
The model is calibrated for each of the three low, medium, and high scenarios separately, and the calibrated values are include in tabs solution_low, solution_medium, and solution_high, respectively.
The worksheet also includes equilibrium equations used for calibration. 

XX_low_estimates_new.csv: Includes calibrated initial conditions for low transmission scenario
XX_medium_estimates_new.csv: Includes calibrated initial conditions for medium transmission scenario
XX_high_estimates_new.csv: Includes calibrated initial conditions for high transmission scenario

XX.mod.01.R :R file that codes the differential equation model
XX.acf.10.revised.R: R file that codes the ACF intervention
XX.run.acf.10.new.R: R file that runs the model through various intervention scenarios
