The Data folder gives the total relevant data set. It includes measured data and corresponding notes.

The .dat files are measured row data. Qtplot (https://github.com/cover-me/qtplot) is good to view these data.

The .set files show some of the measurement settings.

The .py files are codes for measurement.

There are multiple amplifications. For example, a 1000 Vbias input in the codes means 1V. Measurement setup gives another amplification. The most typically used amplification is 10mV/V for voltage input and 1MV/A for current measurement. Amplifications may be labeled in the codes.

There may be occasional wrong labeling. You may want to use all of the data files and notes to understand the data properly.

The Figures folder gives the corresponding data for figures. .emf files are vector graphics.
