# Title of Dataset
Large-scale saliva pooling as a screening strategy to control transmission_Raw data

This dataset was collected directly from laboratory information system (MODULAB, Werfen) database and was processed to delete the columns with sensitive information. 


## Description of the data and file structure
To facilitate the understanding of the data set, which uses the Galician language and an internal nomenclature of our laboratory, we include a sheet named "description" in which it defines the terms used and their equivalence with those used in the article.

Next, we include the titles of each of the columns included in the file and their meaning
**IdQR** The QR to which the sample was associated on the registration platform.
**PETICION**	Barcode number of each saliva collection tube or from the labels generated in the laboratory to identify the Pools.
**TIPO_MUESTRA** Indicates the type of sample, it can be a Nai = sample;  Pool= group of N diferent samples. 
**NAIS_DO_POOL**	Number of samples from this Pool. Pool size.
**NAIS_POS**	Number of positive samples from a positive pool. Positives Per Pool (PPP).
**PETICION_ESTADO**	Current status of this sample or Pool.
**PETICION_FECHAREGISTRO**	Registration date.
**PETICION_FECHAACTIVACION**	Activation date.
**RESULTADO_DM**	Final result of the sample or pool.
**CTS_EGEN**	Cycle thresold from E gene.
**RESULTADO_EGEN**	Result from E gene.
**CTS_NGEN**	Cycle thresold from N gene.
**RESULTADO_NGEN**	Result from N gene.
**CTS_RGEN**	Cycle thresold from RdRP/S gene.
**RESULTADO_RGEN**	Result from  RdRP/S gene in Allplex™ SARS-CoV-2 Assay (Seegene) used until July 2021 or RdRP gene in Allplex™ SARS CoV-2 FluA/FluB/RSV (Segene) used from August 2021 to February 2022. 
**CTS_SGEN**	Cycle thresold from S gene.
**RESULTADO_SGEN**	Result from S gene.
**CTS_FLUA**	Cycle thresold from Influenza A.
**RESULTADO_FLUA**	Result from Influenza A.
**CTS_FLUB**	Cycle thresold from Influenza B.
**RESULTADO_FLUB**	Result from Influenza B.
**CTS_VRS**	Cycle thresold from Respiratory Syncytial Virus.
**RESULTADO_VRS**	Result from Respiratory Syncytial Virus.
**POOL**	The Pool number in which that sample was processed.
**PROCEDENCIA**	Type of area to which the QR that registered the sample belongs.

### Sharing/Access information

The Dataset was charged as XLSX file and only need a compatible software.
