The folder OlDoinyoLengai_code_and_models contains 6 folders with code and model output for the results presented in Daud et al. (2023), “Elucidating the Magma Plumbing System of Ol Doinyo Lengai (Natron Rift, Tanzania) Using Satellite Geodesy and Numerical Modeling”. The codes provided are improvements to the existing USGS code dMODELS, which was first made available at https://pubs.usgs.gov/tm/13/b1/. The improvements provided with this publication include joint inversion code for GNSS and InSAR data as well as improvements to the graphics. We also provide a figure entitled baseline_InSAR.png, which shows the baseline plot for our InSAR data. 

To run the codes which end in a .m extension, please review the instructions in the header section of each .m code. For example, to run GNSSsphereTopo.m, you have to ensure you have an InputDataFile.txt, a file with correctly formatted GNSS data, and an optional map.txt file in the same directory as the .m program. Then you can run the program using the Matlab terminal or by right-clicking and selecting Run. 

All programs run with a similar procedure. In the folders provided with this manuscript, we included all code, functions, model input files, and model output files for ease of reproducibility.
