• data - Contains all processed data and tables to produce figures and results.
• figures - Contains all final figures.
• plots - Contains subplots made to create figures.
• references - Contains reference tables (Gene-sets, genome annotations, etc.)
• scripts - Contains all scripts to process data and create figures
