You know it's not always easy to face new cultures and new people, stand alone in the
crowd, travel somewhere distant and be confronted with uncertainty over and over again.
I have grown to enjoy that situation. It makes me feel alive. High places, driving fast,
doing contact sports, being sometimes penniless.
None of those shake me a one bit, but I am afraid of one thing, and I've been hiding that all my
life. It's time to face and beat that fear for good.
I've been doing this for 15 minutes and I'm really
out of breath. You know I think the hardest part is the breathing obviously. If I don't breathe,
I start tensing every muscle I have and that makes it really really difficult. Let's see if it gets
any better. Keeping everything relaxed instead of tensing like in many other sports seemed to be
the hardest part to learn. It all starts from the shoulders and once again I was reminded to improve
my mobility.
You will cut job. Okay what do you think man? Do I have the potential to maybe maybe swim
someday? You have to think about it and do make it one, two, three times, four times.
And like I've said this is probably the only sport I can't handle. I do all kinds of other
sports, but this is and of course I want to learn new things. That's going to be a big part of my
journey next year. Always to learn new things and this isn't start for that. Thank you very much.
It has taken me over 30 years to beat that enemy so I think I'm getting there. I'm
getting closer and closer every time.
